$Holdem · bag vs bag poker

Hold'em

Your bag is your stack.

Put up a bag of any coin. Another holder matches it in SOL value. Both hands flip face up, the board decides, and the winner takes both bags.

01 / The table

Two bags. One board.

A real hand dealt from the newest Solana block, with two coins trending right now. Each seat holds the same SOL value. Hit deal and watch the odds swing card by card.

Seed text: –

Deck order: SHA-256 of the seed text, then SHA-256 of seed:0, seed:1… gives the random numbers for a Fisher-Yates shuffle of 52 cards (2♠ = 0 … A♣ = 51, rejection sampled). Cards 1 and 3 go to seat A, 2 and 4 to seat B, 5 to 9 are the board. Same seed, same hand, every time.

On real tables the seed comes from ORAO VRF inside the program, so nobody (players, us, the validator) can pick it.

02 / Check the bag across the table

Know what you're winning.

Winning 2M tokens of a coin that's 40% one guy's wallets isn't winning. Paste any Solana coin and see who really holds it: hidden wallet groups funded by one wallet, bundles, fresh wallets, bots, KOLs and the dev's history.

03 / Your bags

Every coin you hold is a stack.

Connect a wallet (read only, nothing to sign) or paste any address to see each bag's size in SOL and what it can match at the table.

04 / How a hand works

Pick a bag. Get matched. Watch it flip.

Every chart is already a poker hand. You buy, you hold, you sweat the river. Hold'em skips the chart. Two holders, two bags worth the same SOL, nine cards, one winner. No dealer to trust and no house taking a cut of the pot: just your coin against theirs.

1Put up a bag

Any coin you hold. Say 0.5 SOL of $CAT. It sits in the program's vault, not with us.

2Someone matches

Another holder joins with a bag worth the same SOL, priced by Jupiter at join time, within 5%.

3One seed deals

ORAO VRF gives one random seed. It deals 2 cards each and 5 on the board, all face up.

4Winner takes both

The program scores both hands and sends both bags to the winner. A tie splits them back.

05 / Straight answers

Read this before you sit down.

Can I lose my bag?

Yes. It's a coin flip with extra steps. Heads up from face-up cards, the better hand wins about as often as the odds bar says. Only put up a bag you're fine losing.

Who holds the bags during a hand?

The program's vault. Both bags go in, the hand is dealt, both bags come out to the winner in the same flow. There's no Hold'em wallet that holds your coins.

Why can't I just pick my cards?

Nobody can. One seed from ORAO VRF deals all nine cards, and the seed is posted on chain. You can re-run the shuffle yourself, the same way the test table above does it with block hashes.

What if my coin pumps while I wait?

Matching uses Jupiter's price at the moment someone joins. If the two bags drift more than 5% apart in SOL value, the join fails and nobody's bag moves.

Can I play right now?

Not with real bags yet. The test table, bag checks and wallet view work today. Real tables open after launch, and we'll post the program address when they do.
